Great Analogy

I stumbled upon this post on an online forum about Chile today, and thought it was a great analogy:
getting something done in CHile can be like trying to get into a round room...you walk around it for days and knock on every door everytime as you go and there is no answer, you are told to walk this way and that way and knock a certain way and still...nothing...after awhile you can't remember the doors and then you find one that is open....and its another round room inside and it starts all over again...just don't give up and you can make it...
Especially considering that once again Pedro has been denied his Chilean identity card due to having "III" as a suffix to his name. Today we submitted a letter to the governor of Iquique requesting a modification to the permanent residency he just received (after months of blood, sweat and tears, ugh.) We were told it should take about 90 days for the change to be made - but after all that we've been through, seeing is definitely believing!
