Our First Visitors to Iquique, Part Two

One afternoon, we decided to take our visitors to an affordable seafood restaurant that our teammates had recommended to us. It was quite the colorful place, with people rushing the car to try and convince us to eat at their restaurant (instead of the one next door) and with vendors approaching the table to try selling everything from pirated cd's to little necklaces made out of a vial with a tiny grain of personalized rice inside (decorated with a name or a picture.)

The food was good, though, and the prices were right so we enjoyed our meal together - as you can see from the pictures below!

Earlier that same day, we had taken our friends to the Mall Zofri - the free trade zone which is touted for its tax-free prices, especially on electronic items. We didn't buy anything, but had fun looking!
