Another Adoption Journey: China

My oldest sister Terri and her husband Dave have begun the process of adopting from China! We are so excited for them and I wanted to share their new adoption blog so that others can be aware of their progress and uphold them in prayer in the months ahead.

Adoption is not new to them (they adopted their first two children domestically through their home state's foster/adopt program) but this is their first venture into the world of international adoption. China has long been on their hearts - ever since Terri was a little girl fascinated with missionary stories of China, and years later through her husband's involvement with a ministry to Chinese professionals as well as a missions trip the two of them took together to China some years ago. However, like us Terri and Dave felt that financially an international adoption was an impossibility ... but through witnessing the miraculous ways in which God has provided and led our family to Haiti, they felt God directing them also to step out in faith and trust this new journey to Him!

Their adoption blog is entitled "Our Silk Road: A Journey of Faith ... to Adopt Our Daughter in China." Click on the link below to read more about this exciting new chapter of their lives!
