This week we enjoyed visiting with Daniel and Ruth Kennison, currently missionaries to Chiloe and formerly on the pastoral staff of a supporting church in Michigan. (Ruth's sister lives in Iquique and so they came for a week-long visit with her.) This is actually the third time we have visited with them since our arrival in Chile (you can read about previous visits here and here.)Their two oldest children came along and our kids had a great time playing with them! Owen and young Daniel were inseparable buddies, full of energy and cracking jokes together. It was fun to watch them. The girls also enjoyed each other's company. On this particular day, we visited a local park and took lots of pictures. Try getting five wound-up kids to look and smile at the camera all at once! :)
