It has been something of a saga, but long story short: We need our car to sell. It's a nice car, and we loved it for the time we had it, but if we were to bring it to Iquique we could never sell it for the value we would need to purchase a larger vehicle when the boys arrive. Because of the duty-free zone we live in, cars are much less expensive here - with the important clause that they cannot be taken out of the zone without written official permission, and then only for a total of 90 days per year.
