Corpus Christi, Part Two

Our main reason for choosing Corpus for our mini-vacation was to visit the Texas State Aquarium. We had heard some good things about it and could get in for 1/2 price with our zoo membership. It was a lot of fun! The kids enjoyed the various exhibits and sea creatures. As we walked towards the entrance, there was water pouring through a glass wall - very neat!

The dolphin show was fun to watch! Just when Owen would start to get bored, the dolphins would do another trick and he would yell out in his loudest boy voice, WHOOOAAAA!!! His favorite animal, though, was the sea turtle ... I think he has watched "Finding Nemo" one too many times!
