Oh, This Family

There are times our kids can fight like cats and dogs, and times they can be so sweet! These pictures of our oldest three encourage me to remember the latter. As does my F*cebook status from yesterday:

Enough tense parenting moments today to make me crazy ... and then an out-of-the-blue tender comical moment to make me laugh. "Don't get mad at Eva, Mom! Or you'll have to go through me!" And with a twinkle in his eyes and fists pumping in jest, little brother dances with a grin around the piles of homework and scattered assignments and I can't help but smile. Oh, this family.
