Erin ... I promised to show it to you sometime ... here is the painting that was a gift to me from some friends who came to visit. It is a couple walking through Parque Forestal in downtown Santiago. I love it for its dimensions (long and rectangular) and because every time I look at it, I see the skyscrapers of this bustling city, the Rio Mapocho, and the contrasting stillness of the trees. It's a recuerdo of Santiago to take with us wherever we go!
