Steven Curtis Chapman and his wife Mary Beth have dedicated the past five years to helping Christian families overcome the financial barriers to adoption through their grant foundation called Shaohannah's Hope (named after their first daughter adopted from China.)
The Chapmans have three biological children and three beautiful daughters adopted from China. In a tragic accident, their youngest daughter Maria was accidentally struck and killed by a vehicle in the family's driveway yesterday afternoon.

Hey I just wanted to let you know that I mailed the package for Isabel today. So it should be there in 6-10 days!
Can't believe it Stephanie, I can't even imagine , how the Chapmans are feeling. I am sooooooo sad for them. I am listing to his song on the radio as I type and it's LET US PRAY.. everywhere and every way, every moment of the day...... Praying for God to be glorified through this tragic event.
