Those who heard our Chile presentation while we were on pre-field might remember my commenting that southern Chile is known as "the Switzerland of South America" ... looking at this picture, you can see how apt a description that is!
This is a picture borrowed from the Internet, of the southern city of Pucon (with the active volcano Villarica in the background.) Pucon is about nine hours south of Santiago, and we are excited to travel there for a family vacation this summer. I doubt we'll set foot on a sailboat like the one pictured here, but it sure is pretty ... (:
