We have really enjoyed our visit with my sister Terri, her husband Dave and their three boys! Yesterday, Eva commented that she and Isabel had been having lots of fun with their cousin Sabastian "even though he's a boy and we are girls!" And Owen has loved racing trucks and trains and cars with his cousin Benjamin (who is only six weeks older than Owen.) We will miss them when we leave for Chile in a few weeks!
Last night, Terri and I went out for a sisters' night out and enjoyed some yummy Italian food and a walk through the mall ... and more importantly, some quality conversation and sharing of thoughts and experiences with one another. I have been blessed with two special (though admittedly very different!) sisters and I am thankful for the friendship we can share as adult women and moms in this stage of life.
