Grandma and Grandpa tried unsuccessfully to cheer him up ...
Mommy didn't help much, either!
But Daddy knew just how to make Owen smile ...
Like father, like son!

Poor kid! Poor mom and dad too though! Letting your kids go through surgery is tough. Brook and Luke have both been put under to have tubes put in their ears. It wasn't an easy thing to do! Glad to hear it all turned out well though! Love, Wendy
Like father, like son, huh? How true! I know it's surely hard to let go and let God when you can't be in the room with them during surgery. My 17 year old had back surgery-6 hours worth! I hope and pray Owen is doing better and the surgery is a success. Kelly Reeder
Owen, He is still such a Ham,,,,,,,, Kara said "Owen is my best friend forever and ever. We prayed for you all and continue to ask God for His blessing on all of you, especially Owen as he recovers. WE LOVE YOU BRO BRO........
Great pictures. Glad to hear that all went well. I can only imagine what Owen was thinking when all this was going on. You know the fear of the unknown applies to babies too. Marsha S. Ypsi
